Chairman Xie Jiqiang went to Hebei Fuping to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the government.

Fuping County is part of Baoding City, Hebei Province, and is located in the western part of Baoding City, at the eastern foot of the north-central part of the Taihang Mountains, and is known as the ‘Throat of Hebei and Jin’ and ‘Barrier of the West of Gui’. It is the former site of the Jinchahi Military Command in Hebei, and also the former site of Comrade Mao Zedong's residence before he went to Beijing. Comrade Nie Rongzhen took Fuping as the starting point to create the Jinchahi Anti-Japanese Base, which was the first anti-Japanese base behind enemy lines created by the Communist Party of China.

Fuping County is quite rich in mineral resources and has great potential for development. Proven minerals include 4.5 billion cubic metres of granite, 200 million tonnes of iron ore and 12 tonnes of gold. While the mineral resources are being developed, a large amount of solid waste, such as tailing slag, is yet to be treated and utilised in a resourceful manner.

Closely integrated with Fuping County's resource endowment, it is the new development strategy of Fuping County government to drive the transformation and upgrading of industrial chain with green building materials industry. In order to seek the support of advanced technology, Wang Haining, Deputy Secretary of Fuping County Economic Development Zone CPC Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee, went to Grace Road Environmental Protection Science and Technology Group for four times to conduct research and investigation, and reached the intention of building an industrial park for the resourceful and comprehensive utilisation of bulk solid waste.

On 19th September 2024, Fuping County People's Government, Grace Road Environmental Technology Group Limited and Fuping County Fuyu Investment Limited Company signed a tripartite strategic cooperation framework agreement on the construction of bulk solid waste comprehensive utilisation industrial base in Hebei Fuping Economic Development Zone.

The project has a total investment of RMB 300 million, and the construction address is located in Nanwan Park, Fuping Economic Development Zone, Hebei. After the signing ceremony, accompanied by Wang Haining, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Fuping County Economic Development Zone in Hebei, and Huang Jianzhong, Chairman of Fuping County Furyu Investment Limited Liability Company, Xie Jiqiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grace Road Environmental Protection Science and Technology Group Limited, went to the site of the project to conduct a site-selection inspection.

Investigation of bulk solid waste comprehensive utilisation of industrial base site selection

The construction of Fuping Bulk Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilisation Industrial Base by applying Grace Road Environmental Technology Group's innovative technology of complete treatment and resource utilisation of bulk solid waste with new quality productivity is an advanced demonstration project of great significance.

Visit to Grace Road Environmental Protection Technology Group

On 18th April 2024, Wang Haining, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Hebei Baoding Fuping Economic Development Zone, led a three-member delegation to visit Grace Road Environmental Protection Technology Group Ltd. accompanied by Wang Zhaoyong, Deputy Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Fuping Development Zone, and Yin Xiaoyang, Head of the Office of Fuping Development Zone.

Xie Jiqiang, Chairman of Grace Road Environmental Protection Technology Group, led Deputy Secretary Wang Haining and his entourage to firstly visit the showroom of high-end sponge water-retaining permeable bricks and various prefabricated parts made from industrial solid waste as raw materials, and then to the production workshop of the patented environmental protection coagulant to visit the automated production line of the patented environmental protection coagulant of Grace Road. Afterwards, the group watched a documentary film on the application of the patent environmental protection solidifying agent, the core product of Grace Road Group, which was shot by a reporter from CCTV.
