Production equipment

(1) The output of the A-type automatic unsupported automatic packaging environmental protection brick production line: taking the standard brick (240×115×53mm) as an example, the molding time takes 20 seconds, and the number of each molding is 105. It can produce 18,900 standard bricks per hour. Each standard brick weighs 2.5 kilograms, and consumes industrial solid waste per hour: 47,250 kilograms or 47.25 tons. Working 10 hours a day, 330 days a year, can consume industrial solid waste: 155,925 tons per year. The entire production line requires 6 workers, 1 loader and 1 forklift.

(2) Output of B-type green brick production line: 10,800 standard bricks can be produced per hour with standard bricks (240*115*53MM). Each standard brick weighs 2.5 kilograms, and consumes industrial solid waste per hour: 27,000 kilograms or 27 tons. Working 10 hours a day, 330 days a year, can consume industrial solid waste: 89,100 tons per year. The entire line requires 8 workers, 1 loader and 2 forklifts.

(3) The advantages of the international patented high-efficiency and intelligent new mixer:

1. It only takes 3.7 seconds for the mixture from the inlet to the outlet of the mixer, and the uniformity of the mixture is 100% qualified. The interior of the high-efficiency international patented mixer consists of patented crushing teeth, patented stirring teeth and push teeth. The advanced intelligent control system automatically adjusts the speed of the mixer according to different brick types and output requirements. It can produce 200 cubic meters of raw materials per hour.                                      

2. The entire mixer system can automatically generate the operation data of the mixing system according to the automatically stored production data, which is convenient for workers to operate.

3. Each transmission point adopts advanced speed control system to realize flow control of various raw materials.

4. The dry humidity of the finished mixture is sent to the PLC by the advanced moisture detection system and compared with the set data. The flow rate of the high-pressure water pump is automatically adjusted in real time, and it can also be controlled manually.                                                        

5. The raw material storage of the mixer system fundamentally solves the problem of blockage of raw materials, and the vibration system runs automatically.

6. The unique mixer system can be used for two purposes, which can not only repair roads but also produce environmentally friendly bricks.
