2: How to use and add amount of the way of grace coagulant. Grace Road coagulant is divided into four types according to the customer's use, that is, to produce different types of environmentally friendly bricks and pavement: A type, B type, C type and XC type, and the proportion of environmentally friendly bricks produced with different specifications is also different. Examples are as follows : The addition amount of type A coagulant for standard bricks is 2‰, the addition amount of B type coagulant for hollow blocks is 2.1‰, the addition amount of C type coagulant for pavement bricks and slope protection bricks is 2.2‰, and the addition amount of XC type coagulant for pavement is 2.2‰

How to use: The curing agent is added to the stirring system, and it is fully stirred with water. Colorless and odorless. According to the water content of the raw materials, through the setting of the technicians, the system automatically detects and measures, and the PLC issues instructions to control the speed-regulating high-pressure water spraying system to add evenly. It is water-soluble for the moisture content of the mixture and is not attacked by acids and alkalis. Strength increases over time, unaffected by freezing and high temperatures. Not affected by PH value; environmentally friendly coagulant can effectively wrap heavy metals to dissolve and prevent secondary pollution. It completely solves the freeze-thaw resistance of bricks.
